Okay I just now booked a room at the Econo Lodge, its a double queen bed so we could take 3 or 4 as they have rollaway cots available. 2 nights at 75 bucks a night.

The room split 2 ways is 75 bucks per person.
3 ways 50
4 ways 25

This is where I booked-

Don't feel bad if you don't have the gear. I don't either. I'using my jpc with green cam. I'll be damned if John lu makes me buy correct gear as well. This isn't supposed to be reenactment level events

Tonk im happy to lend you a set. I can probably provide enough gear and the uniform to field 100% reenactment level impressions for you and probably 1 or 2 others as well. You are welcome to it at anytime.

All, since I see striker has chimed in and not answered I'll assume he is fine with whatever arrangement. I'm going to grab another room after chatting with Brian since Id one to have a little more space.

I'm sorry, but it appears I might have missed something?

Firming up my travel plans...

I'll be driving with the pre wife to the OC area. Hitting the road on Thursday, 21 May. If anyone wants to toss some of their gear in my truck ahead of time, PM me for arrangements.

I'll be camping with the folks out there. I'm assuming the group is leaving early Friday morning from TUS, which lands them at the AO by 2-3pm. I'm not sure what my plans are that Friday in terms of arriving to the AO. But if need be I'll try to get out there early.

Need a ASGI run, let me know ahead of time as well.

I am almost positive that I will not ship until after Lion Claws (Personal office at Luke are now saying 'August')

I am still in for camping, are there any spots left on carpools?

Yes. I have reopened a third vehicle. Due to the tow of the rail, we are leaving a lot earlier this year as well.

My digital uniform just came in, so I have a spare Russian uniform available. Just be aware that the pants probably will be a little tight (They were on me) however, the top is rather large.

(Size is 54-4)

All,

It's almost showtime. A little more than a week and we all hit the road.

As I mentioned before I will be rolling out early morning to the OC on Thursday, 21 MAY. If you guys want to toss some gear into my truck (to lighten the car load) let me know via PM, FB, or Cell (if you have it). Also I planned to be at Kiley's on SAT, 16 MAY (if build day continues).

Location:
See Pin Drop for where we camped last year. I maybe leaving Orange County around noon time. That puts me about 1:15 of drive time to the AO. If I am there first, what is the preferred camp site?

Saturday 16 MAY:
I planned to head out to Red Rock (Kiley's) as mentioned before. I will be doing some last minute tuning to my gear. Will have chrono available for testing purposes.

Tomy, I directed Trent to this thread since he had a location in mind.

No later then start of drive on the 22nd, just like gas money. Please don't make me remind anyone, there is nothing more awkward for me then having an outstanding bill. It rents space in my head.
