Late Night Lab Work...

Using a the traditional AEG may add some variables in testing fps.
Baseline setup listed in the spreadsheet below with my AK/SMP. Everything was untouched (reg, hopup [on halfway, not tuned]). SMP was tuned for .30g weight with Laser Dot BBs.

Note: seems like a pattern, first trigger pull after a long rest resulted in low FPS. Could be air charging up the solenoid before it settles in the operating range.

On each bag, measured a sample of bbs was measured with a caliper to get the avg dimensions... the golden balls and KWA seemed to jump all over the place. KWA looked like it was the smallest out of the bunch, but shot fairly consistent. Goldenball was all over the place on fps. All other bios were consistent with 5.95mm.

Would have loved to see those. Too bad Photobucket messed with their user base. The photos are now unviewable.
