As stated, what's your take on the echo1 motors? Opened up my M16 today and saw that's apart of my current build and seeing as I not proficient I the advancements any of the companies made over the years, I felt little worried about how much reliability I can expect from it. Currently its running fine with my stock ICS split metal gearbox and 7.4v LiPo (still need a charger so im looking online now) but if I were to up my voltage would this motor kick the bucket soon? Like I said last I was running milsim and pickup games, echo1 was a budget brand so I just wanted to know what's up in the world of motors.

There is nothing wrong with running an ICS Turbo or any E1 motor on any lipo. I have ran as large as 5000 mah 35c 11.1v lipos on my E1 RPK's. It's not the motor you need to worry about. It's the nozzle, heads, piston, gears, switch, and wires thatcatastrophically fail.

1000 to 2000 mah 7.4v of 15 to 25c dump are perfectly safe in any stock ICS or E1.

1000 to 1500 mah 15c 11.1v's are as well.

Go on ebay. Type b3 charger. Below is one. Pick the one you want with the shipping options you want. They are a simple, smart charger. They are between $7 and $12 each.

If you want I great charger with a lot of features then go with the b6. Ensure that you get one with a power supply or you will have to buy it separately. They run from $18 to $35. The $18-$25 ones don't have power supplies. They sell them all over the world and have different wall plugs. Bellow is a link for a $30 one.

Hit and miss. E1 is always a China made rebrand like Matrix. Some of them are superior parts some are not. I have had good experiences with their motors myself.

Tracked down what mine was. Its a E1 super torque up. Dunno what that means though lol

Man, in such case, it would be a bit risky then. It would all depend on luck, whether you get a good one or not.
